The first floor offers two maisonettes, measuring 40 m² each. These maisonettes sleep 2 guests + 1 child up to 17 years old,  feature a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a double, a single sofa-bed, bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen and veranda. The bedroom is located in the maisonette’s first floor in an open-plan space, and all the rest are found on the ground floor.
